We are seeking a skilled Hearing Specialist to join our dynamic team at ENT and Allergy Associates in Paramus. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Audiology, with Au.D. preferred, and an active and current hearing aid dispensing license. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are essential for this position.

  • Establish rapport with patients, conduct audiometric testing, counsel patients, and make recommendations for hearing aids
  • Diagnostic testing, ear impressions, and ordering instruments
  • Program hearing aids, fit devices, and assist with adjustments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient files

Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong foundation in audiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and colleagues are crucial for success in this role.
