Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical objectives and priorities for the OBGYN department
  • Assist in implementing standards for integration of primary care, oral health, and behavioral health services
  • Participate in the Senior Clinical Team, Peer Review committee, Credentialing Committee, and Quality Improvement Committees
  • Represent Clinica Sierra Vista in meetings of professional groups and community events
  • Supervise women's health advance practice providers
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and advancing clinical quality
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Benefits:
  • $350,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
