Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Entre Computer Services. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.
Your responsibilities will include performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions, determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers, and walking them through the problem-solving process. You will also direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel, provide accurate information on IT products or services, and record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
You will follow-up and update customer status and information, pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team, and identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role, tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control, and good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and proficiency in English.
