Job Description

Gecko Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our high-quality steakhouse in Wixom, MI. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and inspiring your team, ensuring they uphold our quality standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Uphold our quality standards for food and service.
  • Address customer feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a positive dining experience for every guest.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture.
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.
  • Previous salaried management experience preferred.
