Restaurant Supervisor

About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to lead our Meatcraft team at Arby's. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, while ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Restaurant Management Team Members and Team Members
• Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze sales and profit performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Management Team to achieve sales and profit goals

Requirements:

• At least six months to one year of experience as a manager within restaurant or retail
• Familiarity with and impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
