Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Dermatology APP Liaison to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb. As a key member of our Immunology Business, you will play a critical role in building a best-in-class Dermatology Organization to support the launch of a new dermatology product for Psoriasis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate demand for our new dermatology product among Dermatology NPs and PAs
  • Conduct face-to-face calls with target list of NPPA Influencers in specific markets
  • Organize and staff National/Regional congresses and local/regional societies
  • Support needs of APPs in attendance at congresses
  • Gather insights and meet the needs of the APP Dermatology community
  • Collaborate with a dynamic matrix team to address customer needs and deliver value
  • Adhere to BMS core values and principles, and practice integrity
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, maximize promotional budgets, and execute national sales and brand strategy
  • Develop, review, and modify Territory-level business plans to align with national plans
  • Develop and maintain customer touchpoints, and innovate to build brand equity
  • Serve as a role model for Compliance and hold team members accountable for Compliance

Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years of in-practice NP/PA experience in the injectable or biologic arena
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Past or current Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including some weekend conferences
