We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the school district near Minnetonka, MN. This is a full-time opportunity with guaranteed hours and benefits.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience, preferably in pediatrics. The successful applicant will manage a caseload of students with mild-moderate disabilities and work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop individualized education plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for students
  • Manage a caseload of students with varying needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to integrate occupational therapy into the educational program
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure student progress and involvement

Requirements:

  • Minnesota OT/COTA licensure
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Mentorship provided

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
