Your Mission:

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our state-of-the-art facility, responding promptly to residents' maintenance needs, and collaborating with our dynamic team to uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair equipment, fixtures, and facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to plan and implement maintenance projects and initiatives
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting facilities and equipment
  • Utilize safe driving skills for various community-related tasks
Requirements:
