Job Title: Store Associate

At The Sherwin-Williams Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions, making product recommendations, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting products, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store, processing inventory, and maintaining store equipment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
