What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000.00-$155,000.00, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation includes stock and other benefits. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area
  • 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams and levels of an organization
Preferred Qualifications

A master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area, and 2 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area, is preferred.
