Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Clinical Leadership: As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to our patient care team, ensuring that our clinical model is consistently delivered and that our patients receive the highest level of care.
  • Collaborate with Director of Medical Operations: You will work closely with the Director of Medical Operations to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, and patient experience.
  • Develop and Implement Clinical Strategies: You will develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Lead by Example: As a Medical Director, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating clinical excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Manage Center Staffing: You will assist the Director of Medical Operations and the Director of Clinical Services in managing center staffing and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Maintain Relationships: You will maintain relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree: You must have a medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Unrestricted Medical License: You must have an unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
  • Unrestricted DEA License: You must have an unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
