- Collaborate with Director of Medical Operations: You will work closely with the Director of Medical Operations to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, and patient experience.
- Develop and Implement Clinical Strategies: You will develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Lead by Example: As a Medical Director, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating clinical excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Manage Center Staffing: You will assist the Director of Medical Operations and the Director of Clinical Services in managing center staffing and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal coverage.
- Maintain Relationships: You will maintain relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Medical Degree: You must have a medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Unrestricted Medical License: You must have an unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
- Unrestricted DEA License: You must have an unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Competitive Salary: You will receive a competitive salary, with a base compensation rate in the range of $254,000.00 to $305,655.00 depending on job-related factors.
