Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and improve the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements
