  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, working closely with the Banking Center Manager and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of customer-facing experience, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience and a proven track record of success in leading, coaching, and motivating teams.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours, with occasional travel to other banking centers.
