About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Industries. As a Stock Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenishing stock and providing product knowledge to customers.
  • Take responsibility for daily stockroom operations, ensuring shipping and supply levels are maintained and accessible storage areas are available for incoming and outbound products.
  • Process all inbound and outbound shipments in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
  • Actively participate in all store-related meetings, generating reports and communicating inventory-related inquiries and discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
  • Organized and efficient, with strong communication skills and ability to work with numbers.
  • Natural collaborator, able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders regularly, and stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
