Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14.75 to $15.25

All roles come with ongoing training and opportunities for advancement, including pay increases, complimentary meals, and additional benefits.   • It is common for new hires to receive multiple raises within their first year.
Position Details

The Customer Service Crew Member role is available as either part-time or full-time employment.

Prior experience in customer service, cashier roles, or similar positions is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in establishments such as Habit Burger Grill, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, or In-N-Out Burger is advantageous.
