Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and posting of monthly journal entries while conducting necessary account reconciliations.
- Assist in gathering and preparing the monthly financial reporting package.
- Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor validation, invoice verification, expense coding, and payment preparation.
- Review, reconcile, and verify expense reports and purchasing card transactions.
- Conduct periodic reporting, analysis, and reconciliation of 401K and HSA accounts.
- Engage in special projects and fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately compute figures and amounts.
- Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience with D365 is advantageous.
