Key Responsibilities- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Provide Clinical Care: Perform nursing tasks with clinical competency, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and disinfecting equipment.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient charts, including clinical and surgical notes.
- Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Enhance Patient Experience: Provide the highest level of patient care and service, consistently meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction standards.
- Follow Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes and maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment.
- Current LVN License: Possess a current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Advanced Certifications: Hold current certifications in ACLS and IV therapy.
- Availability: Be available to work overtime as needed and weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to function well independently and as part of a team.
- Authorization to Work: Be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

This is a non-exempt role with an average compensation between $33-35/hour, based on practice location, experience, and skillset. Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
