About the Position

CareerStaff Unlimited is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students in a school-based setting, providing individualized therapy programs to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement therapeutic programs to improve speech and language skills in students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement therapy programs and provide support to students
  • Assess and diagnose speech and language impairments in students, and provide recommendations for treatment
  • Provide in-service education and training to teachers and other school staff on topics related to speech and language improvement
  • Keep accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in Florida
  • ASHA certification
  • At least 1 year of recent pediatrics/school-based experience
