Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and facilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year degree in a specialized maintenance trade preferred
  • 0-2 years of related experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and electrical skills
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to read and interpret safety documents
