Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades to ensure the overall condition of our properties.

  • Facilities Management: Assist in the management of facilities, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as after-hours maintenance requests, in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Certifications: OSHA, EPA, and CPO certificates/licenses required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in basic maintenance and repair tasks.
