Position Title: Construction Site Manager
Position Type: Full Time; 35 Hours Weekly
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines
  • Enhancing resource utilization
  • Ensuring project efficiency and quality control in alignment with RFCC standards
  • Selecting subcontractors and managing their activities
  • Conducting routine safety inspections
  • Preparing risk assessments and ensuring adherence to building and safety regulations
  • Tracking project advancement and financial performance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in construction site management or a comparable position
  • Preferred certifications such as those from the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI)
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Capability to enforce compliance with safety and quality benchmarks and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, laborers, and other stakeholders
