Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Medical Physicist to enhance our established Radiation Oncology practice. This position is located in a collaborative environment focused on patient care.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time, Outpatient Role
- Standard Day Shift (Monday to Friday) with occasional weekend responsibilities for quality assurance
- Collaborative work with a team of 5 radiation oncologists, 2 physicists, and 2 dosimetrists
- Practice locations encompass multiple facilities
Technology and Equipment: Our facility utilizes advanced Varian systems, including TrueBeam linear accelerators equipped with on-board kV imaging, cone-beam CT, RapidArc, and HyperArc for external beam therapies. Brachyvision and Bravos are employed for HDR brachytherapy, alongside EMR and planning tools such as ARIA, Eclipse, and Radformation.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Physics or Medical Physics
- Certification: ABR/ABMP Certification in Therapeutic Radiological Physics or Therapeutic Radiology
- Experience: Minimum of three years of clinical experience preferred, with proven expertise in SBRT, VMAT, IMRT, IGRT with CBCT/OBI, 4D CT, brachytherapy, and motion management
