Job Title: Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team at vTech Solution. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our database systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement database systems to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain database security protocols to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Analyze and troubleshoot database performance issues to optimize system efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database systems align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain database documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in database administration, with a focus on enterprise-level systems
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems, including MS SQL, MySQL, and Azure Managed SQL
  • Experience with database security protocols, including encryption and access control
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Database Administrator certification
  • Experience with database monitoring and performance optimization tools
  • Knowledge of cloud-based database systems and migration strategies
