  • Facilitate training sessions to empower clients in resolving basic mechanical issues independently.
  • Balance customer expectations with internal protocols and departmental priorities.

  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Parts, and service locations to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in fleet management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A diploma in automotive mechanics or a related discipline.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to bend and stoop frequently throughout the day.
  • Regular use of hands for gripping and twisting motions.
  • Willingness to work shifts of 12 hours or more, as needed.
  • Ability to lift and reach overhead with loads up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with hazardous communication and safety protocols.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License.
