Under the guidance of the unit director, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all unit functions during designated shifts.
In collaboration with the management team, this role involves the continuous evaluation of the quality of patient care services provided within the unit.
You will engage with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and adjust patient care plans based on individual responses and conditions.
Delegation of nursing tasks will be conducted safely while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes.
You will provide tailored education for patients, families, and caregivers throughout the care continuum.
Adherence to safety and infection control standards is paramount in delivering patient care.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state board is necessary.
