Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Compunnel.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide direct and indirect patient care services, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient needs.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring and guiding other nursing staff members in providing quality patient care.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Education: Participate in educational activities, such as in-service training and continuing education programs, to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Clinical Experience: At least 24 months of experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting.
- Certifications: Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications.
- Educational Background: Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an associate's or Bachelor of Science degree program; BSN preferred.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
