Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Compunnel. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare specialists.

About the Role:
This Clinical Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Telemetry Unit environment. Key responsibilities include studying patients' medical history, test results, and treatment plans, as well as monitoring, interpreting, and recording data from specialized medical technologies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical history, test results, and treatment plans to inform care decisions.
  • Monitor and interpret data from specialized medical technologies and equipment, including heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry measurements.
  • Administer medication and perform treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ward charts, patient files, and medical records.
  • Provide education and support to Telemetry Unit staff on patient care and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare specialists to report changes and deteriorating conditions, and provide timely updates to patients and their families.

Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing school, associate's or Bachelor of Science degree program; BSN preferred.
  • Licensure to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse.
  • Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certification.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
