We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our surgical team as a Surgical Team Lead. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the care of patients undergoing orthopedic and spinal surgery procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating the care of patients undergoing orthopedic and spinal surgery procedures">
  • Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery">
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction">
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A current Arizona Nursing License">
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a hospital OR setting">
  • Current CPR certification">
  • Current ACLS certification (preferred)">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment">

Compensation
