We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Early Learning Center as a Program Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our ELC, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our young learners.

About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Early Learning Center, including supervising staff, implementing programs, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment;
  • Developing and implementing curriculum that aligns with the Granite YMCA's mission and values;
  • Collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality care and education for our children;
  • Ensuring compliance with state and national regulations, including licensing requirements;
  • Building strong relationships with families, staff, and the community to promote a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting;
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development, curriculum design, and program implementation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, families, and the community;
  • A commitment to the values and mission of the Granite YMCA.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $44,000 to $48,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes:
