Job Summary

The Chief Analytics Strategist will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative analytics solutions that support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency. You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with business stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Lead data analysis initiatives to uncover insights and trends.
    • Develop and implement advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning.
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Align the department's strategic initiatives with the organization's overall goals.
    • Foster a data-driven culture by promoting the use of analytics tools and techniques.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of analysts.
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
  • Technology and Tools:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies and trends.
    • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics and information systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and data governance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
