We are seeking a highly skilled IT Network Manager to oversee the computer networks and related computing environments for our client company in Northwest Dallas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, support, and optimize all network hardware, software, and communication links.
  • Manage security measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of network data.
  • Maintain the network's overall health and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network-connected end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Plan, install, configure, and maintain network cabling and other networking equipment.
  • Train team members on network troubleshooting and crisis management.
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
  • Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on networking experience with network design and capacity planning.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and network management systems.
  • Proven experience as a Network Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • MCSE or similar certifications are strongly preferred.

  • Base salary from $90-135K, +/-, DOE.
