Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Endoscopy

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly professional and technical nursing care provider to render exceptional care to our patients in the outpatient endoscopy setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills, with a minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
  • Ensure current MA RN license and minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor degree in nursing, preferred.
  • Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting.
  • 2 years Critical Care/GI experience required, unless otherwise noted in job posting.
  • Staff Endoscopy Nurse experienced preferred.
