What You'll Do:

As an LPN at Trilogy, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the assessment of patients, administer medications, perform routine lab tests, and educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans. You'll also identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe and take corrective action as needed.

Requirements:
  • BLS Provider Certification: Obtain BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse: Hold a current LPN or LVN license in good standing.
  • High School Diploma or GED: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
