As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of evidence-based rehabilitation programs, managing financial goals, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture a team of dedicated therapists to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
  • Manage financial goals and ensure regulatory compliance to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve rehabilitation services
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
  • Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining
  • CPR certification (requirement varies based on state/location)
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
  • Experience in post-acute care preferred
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
