About the Role:
The IFab Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the highest standards of quality in our metal manufacturing process. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing metal parts and components to verify compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections, assess materials, processes, and final products to verify compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
  2. Documentation and Reporting: Record inspection results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions in a clear and timely manner, prepare detailed reports for management highlighting quality issues, potential risks, and improvement areas.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production personnel to address and resolve quality issues promptly, provide feedback and support to manufacturing teams on best practices for quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in quality control or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection within a metal manufacturing environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to detect defects or variations in materials or finished products.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of quality issues and propose solutions.

Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
