Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. in Gastonia, NC.

Compensation: $35-$39 per hour with shift differential.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing services to clients in adult substance-use treatment.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Document patient interactions and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of practice.
  • CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications.
  • Experience working in behavioral health treatment settings.
  • Expertise in Substance Use Treatment and Co-occurring Disorders.
