As a Treatment Technician, you will provide direct nursing care to patients under the direction of the Ward Nurse and/or the Nurse Supervisor. You will also perform basic para-professional nursing or therapeutic work in the care or treatment of residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in healthcare facilities or other settings for intellectually disabled, mentally ill, elderly, physically ill, or disabled individuals. Alternatively, equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

At IMHI, we prioritize patient care and safety. As a Treatment Technician, you will lead safety efforts on the inpatient wards and respond to escalating situations. You will also become a Certified Mandt Instructor and teach Mandt techniques to employees.
