We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Singing River Health System Hospital in Pascagula. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in our Comprehensive Rehab Unit (CRC). This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate from a NLN-accredited school of nursing.
- Current Mississippi State licensure.
- Appropriate nursing practice/experience within the past five years or evidence of successful refresher program.
- BLS Certification Required.
