Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client schedules and assignments.
  • 2. Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner to fulfill client needs and agency procedures.
  • 3. Adhere to agency goals, standards, policies, rules, and regulations as set forth by the agency and governmental agencies.
  • 4. Report any claims of injury or accident involving employees or clients to the direct supervisor.
  • 5. Coordinate with case management staff to ensure consistency with agency policies and procedures.
  • 6. Ensure that client services are initiated promptly and efficiently.
  • 7. Maintain regular communication with clients and their case managers to ensure necessary information is shared.
  • 8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of conferences, meetings, and progress made by staff.
  • 9. Ensure client files are complete and up-to-date, reviewing and monitoring for accuracy.
  • 10. Assist in maintaining the confidentiality of client information and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • 11. Participate in agency-wide performance improvement activities.
  • 12. Perform other related duties as needed.

Working and Physical Demands:

The Staffing Coordinator will work in an office-based environment, with minimal travel required. The position requires prolonged sitting, with occasional standing and walking. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is necessary.

Requirements:

  • 1. Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • 2. Experience with multi-line telephone systems.
  • 3. Familiarity with photocopy, fax machines, and voicemail systems.
