With a strong commitment to products and employees, we're seeking a skilled Torque Wrench Specialist to join our team at our Des Plaines, IL facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, testing, and calibrating parts and mechanisms, with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools to meet product specifications.

Job Summary:

  • Assemble, test, and calibrate torque wrenches to precise tolerances and product requirements.
  • Maintain quality control by identifying and repairing units that fail tests or tolerance levels.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn new skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of assembly experience preferred.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
