To excel as a Service Specialist, you should possess strong technical and mechanical abilities. Candidates should have familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, and must be physically capable of lifting heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and calibration of industrial weighing systems and equipment of various sizes, along with providing customers with proper usage instructions.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing industrial weighing systems and equipment.
  • Promoting the company's services, with opportunities for technicians to sell equipment and parts for commission.

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
  • A clean driving record is required, as you will be operating company vehicles.
  • Strong knowledge of tools and equipment used in the mechanical sector.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues based on non-technical customer descriptions.
  • Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and frequently bend.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, with standard hours being Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. However, mandatory overtime may be necessary for specific assignments.
  • A CDL license is preferred but not mandatory.
