We are seeking an experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team, working closely with our accounting and finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial data. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in Excel and Power BI, with a strong foundation in accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of reports in Excel and Power BI for internal reporting
  • Vendor deduction issue resolution
  • Costing and pricing analysis of product lines
  • Banking function performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Desired experience in accounting field, with knowledge of accounting concepts and terms
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to create and understand financial reports and forms
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
  • Able to work with large volumes of data and attention to detail
  • Able to evaluate complex situations, analyze data, and reach intelligent conclusions
  • Able to convey complex technical concepts to others

Estimated Salary: $20-$25 per hour
