The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, providing strategic leadership, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to marketing and business development efforts. Additionally, the Principal Engineer will facilitate ongoing training for engineering personnel, oversee engineering deliverables, and review and authorize geotechnical proposals and reports.


Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required, while a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is mandatory.

Essential Skills:

The successful applicant should possess a valid professional engineering license in Colorado and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a geotechnical consulting environment, performing the responsibilities outlined above.

A comprehensive background in geotechnical engineering, coupled with a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities, and a proven history of fostering successful client relationships and delivering quality service, is essential. The candidate should demonstrate an in-depth understanding of geotechnical principles and practices. Experience with construction and earthwork operations is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive demeanor, and strong problem-solving capabilities are also required.
