Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in providing home health care services in Spokane Valley and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in skilled home health care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality home health care services to patients in Spokane Valley and surrounding areas
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families


Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in skilled home health care
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Washington
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
