Position: Openings for Support Technicians
Working Hours: 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday; 20 hours per week; CNA experience is advantageous.
Technicians are required to provide assistance to community members with personal care requirements.
Requirements: A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, high school diploma or GED, and a clear background check.
Position Summary: Become part of the NC Innovations (I/DD) program to support individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities.
Role: Aid participants in developing skills for independent living within their communities.
Qualifications:
- Design and implement individualized programs to address participant needs.
- Collaborate with management to ensure effective service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned tasks according to each participant's Plan of Care.
- Provide direct assistance based on established goals and recommendations.
- Implement monitoring and training for behavioral, educational, and social needs.
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting of incidents.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain skills, certifications, and adhere to company policies.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Clean healthcare registry record.
