Position Summary

The Culinary Service Associate is tasked with executing assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner as directed by management. Exceptional customer service is a fundamental expectation of this role. A commitment to learning all facets of the position is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions.
  • Engage positively with customers, government representatives, and fellow staff members.
  • Fulfill eligibility criteria for assignments on designated contracts.
  • Successfully complete organizational screening processes, including any necessary background checks.
Physical Demands

Travel may be required to various locations and facilities throughout the year, often under diverse weather conditions. The majority of work will occur indoors, and there may be exposure to cleaning agents. Adherence to Emergency Operations Work Assignments as per customer guidelines is mandatory. Work schedules may vary, including early mornings, mid-mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

While performing the duties of this role, team members will frequently need to bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach overhead, sit (to operate vehicles), and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds. Occasionally, lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds may be required.
