As an In-Home Mitigation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assess the needs of homeowners and provide accurate estimates during critical times. Our customer service team efficiently pre-screens and qualifies leads, setting up appointments for you with the assistance of our dispatch team. This role does not involve cold calling, but rather focuses on utilizing advanced sales techniques to achieve successful outcomes during in-home consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners (qualified leads are provided, eliminating the need for cold calling)
  • Collaborate with homeowners to identify the scope of work and deliver precise estimates.
  • Offer effective solutions to homeowners facing urgent situations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as a Sales Mitigation Specialist.
  • Oversee remediation teams to ensure compliance and progress on projects.
  • Keep track of job statuses and communicate updates to clients, company management, and insurance providers.
  • Respond promptly, within one hour, to new job notifications.
  • Handle all necessary documentation and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience with Xactimate and DASH is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Technologically savvy, with experience in using various equipment and software.
  • Willingness to work overtime and during some holidays.
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and respectfully with diverse individuals.
  • Consistent work history demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to close sales effectively.
  • Commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated.
  • Strong determination and drive to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Clear background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
