Job Description

This role involves providing training, support, and assistance to participants in various areas, including personal care, recreation, daily living skills, social skills, health needs, and behavior management.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized support and training to participants, promoting their optimal independence and quality of life.
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of individualized support plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with participants and their families.
  • Administer prescribed medications accurately and complete required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures for emergency situations.
  • Provide transportation to recreational and community activities, promoting socialization and community integration.
Expected Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities is preferred.
  • Able to mentor and assist participants in all areas of life skills, including recreation, independence, communication, and health.
