Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager III to join our team at IEA Constructors. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and managing the overall construction project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and promote Wanzek Safety policies to the project team
  • Manage the project team to facilitate a respectful and constructive work environment
  • Oversee construction workers and their supervisors, including other Construction Managers
  • Coordinate activities of Construction Managers, Foremen, and construction trade workers
  • Monitor and direct the progress of the construction site
  • Determine labor requirements for the project
  • Monitor budget project costs to ensure they are within budget parameters
  • Ensure production schedules are maintained to meet project requirements
  • Monitor compliance with set regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Seven years of construction industry experience, including experience in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience in a Construction Manager II role, with the ability to perform all duties required of a Construction Manager III
