Key Responsibilities: -

  • Collaborate closely with clients to conceptualize, design, and strategize the implementation of high-level system architectures that cater to both current and future client needs.
  • Guide project teams in considering the technological, business, and operational ramifications of their technology investment choices.
  • Engage in the creation of Proof of Concepts and present innovative ideas and solutions to client stakeholders, demonstrating how various architectural options can fulfill their requirements.
  • Act as a thought leader, sharing insights, recommendations, and knowledge while providing system and technical consultancy.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technological advancements, identifying opportunities for future system implementations.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications: -

  • 15+ years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in enterprise architecture.

Educational Background: -

  • Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certifications in various technologies are advantageous.

Essential Skills: -

  • Extensive experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
  • Proficient in developing strategic technology plans and roadmaps, including business architecture, value streams, capability maps, and customer journeys.
  • Strong ability to articulate and communicate both business and technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience leading initiatives to create technological solutions and architectures that significantly impact critical business areas.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Hands-on proficiency in FS .Net or Java, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, RESTful designs, and other modern architectural practices.
  • Experience with on-premise solutions and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Desirable Skills: -

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn any required technologies for projects.
